General Education And Foundation Program

The General Education Program is designed to provide students with opportunities to enhance and build their 21st century skills.

Mission

The General Education Program seeks to provide students with transferrable skills that prepare them to gain knowledge, acquire new competencies, and broaden their perspectives.

Description

The program adds breadth to students' intellectual experience and ensures that all students in undergraduate programs attain knowledge and competency in the following areas:

• Humanities and fine arts
• Social and behavioural sciences
• Natural science and mathematics

English Language

Courses in this category develop a student's written and oral communication using the English language.

Courses in this category develop a student's research and analysis in the areas of history, languages, literature and rhetoric.

AI Fundamentals

This course introduces students to the foundations of artificial intelligence, aligned with the UAE National Strategy for AI 2031.

Courses in this category develop a student's understanding of mathematics and natural sciences.
