Introduction to Imam Malik College for Sharia and Law

Imam Malik College for Sharia and Law aims to be a prominent institution in the study and teaching of Sharia and law, with a contemporary vision that meets the demands of today's labor market.

Vision

The college's vision is to be one of the leading institutions in the field of Sharia and law, introducing courses on current jurisprudence issues, studying the contemporary economic movement from an Islamic and legal perspective, and comparing contemporary legal studies with Islamic law and UAE law.

The college's mission is to prepare graduates who are leaders in society, equipped with skills in creative thinking and specialized scientific research in the fields of Sharia and law.

The college's goals include:

• Offering opportunities for continuous academic study in the fields of Sharia and law
• Providing graduates with the skills to work in areas such as Islamic and civil jurisdiction, Ifta', barristering, Islamic and legal consultation, jurisprudential and positivist research, preaching, and Islamic economy and business

Master in Private Law Program

The Master in Private Law program aims to enable students to discuss issues related to private law, criticize contemporary forms of business, analyze the technical characteristics of private international law, and improve their competency to compare between various legislations.

The program's objectives and outcomes include:

• Enabling students to present emergent issues in civil law for in-depth discussion
• Criticizing contemporary forms of business to examine their conformity with the provisions of the Business Law
• Analyzing the technical characteristics of the rules of private international law
