Introduction to the J-Term/Spring/Summer Programs

The J-Term/Spring/Summer programs at NYU Tisch School of the Arts offer visiting students and non-majors the opportunity to take classes during January Term, Spring at Tisch, and Summer.

Program Overview

The programs' faculty includes renowned artists and scholars, and students have the opportunity to take courses in:

• Drama
• Film and television
• Photography and imaging
• Interactive media arts as well as participate in internships and other hands-on learning experiences.

The J-Term/Spring/Summer programs are designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the arts, and to prepare them for successful careers in a variety of fields.
