MPA-MBA Dual Degree Program

The MPA-MBA Dual Degree Program allows students to pursue an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MPA from NYU Wagner simultaneously. The program can be completed in three years, with 33 credits at NYU Wagner and 51 credits at NYU Stern. The program structure includes:

• First year in residence at NYU Stern
• Second year in residence at NYU Wagner
• Third year with one semester at each school

How to Apply for the MPA-MBA Dual Degree Program

To apply, current NYU Stern students must submit a complete NYU Wagner application, while new applicants must complete the dual application process, applying separately to NYU Stern and NYU Wagner. The application process involves:

1. Submitting a complete NYU Wagner MPA application for full-time enrollment.
2. Indicating the intention to apply for a dual-degree program on the NYU Wagner application form.
3. Using Essay 1 to support the rationale for applying to the dual-degree program.
4. Applying to NYU's Stern School of Business for admission to the MBA program.
