Communities of Practice

NYU Wagner Professors support communities of practice that are interested in teaching leadership as a collective effort both within and beyond NYU Wagner. These communities of practice serve as a foundation for leadership knowledge, allowing participants to develop their skills and alter their leadership practices through social interactions.

Program Focus

The program focuses on supporting networks and communities of practice, recognizing the value of collective effort in leadership development. By fostering social relationships, participants can acquire new skills and adapt their leadership practices to achieve greater effectiveness.
