Program Overview

The Tanzania: A Systems Approach to Climate Change program is an interdisciplinary, cross-school global field intensive course that focuses on the climate crisis through the lens of public policy, global health, education, and questions of intersectionality.

This is a credit-bearing graduate Global course. Students self-register in Albert for the following course for a total of 3 credits:

• INTE-GE 2010, Section 099 (Class #4767) - A Systems Approach to Climate Change: At the Intersection of Health and Education (3 credits) This course is offered through the Applied Statistics, Social Science, and Humanities.

Program Housing & Travel Logistics

Housing

Students stay in shared-occupancy housing arranged by the Office of Global Affairs. Housing is included in the Program Fee.

Flight, Travel, and Visa Information

• Students book their own travel to coincide with program dates.
• All participants are required to have a valid passport, which must be valid for at least six months beyond the program's end date.
