About the Program

Endodontics is the practice, teaching, and research into the comprehensive therapeutics for the pulpal and periapical tissues in both health and disease. This program aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in their careers.

Admission Criteria

University Students and Graduates

• Degree in Dentistry (B.D.S., D.D.S., D.M.D.) with a minimum cGPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year internship is required.
• Passing the Emirates Dental Residency Entry Examination (EDREE) or Saudi Dental Licensing Examination (SDLE) to be potentially eligible for Emirati Board Specialty Examination.

English Proficiency

• IELTS Academic: An overall band 6 with no skill less than 5.5
• TOEFL: iBT 80 with a minimum of 20 in Writing

Selection Process

Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)

The MMI process is a series of short independent assessment interviews, typically arranged in a timed circuit. The process results in an aggregate score of each candidate's non-cognitive ("soft") skills such as interpersonal skills, professionalism, and moral judgment.

Additional Information

Document Attestation

Transcripts and Degree Certificates submitted will require attestation from the Ministry of Education in the UAE for degrees awarded inside the UAE. For degrees awarded outside the UAE, attestation from the Ministry of Education and a Certificate of Equivalency from the Ministry are required.

Transfer Admission Policy

Applications are considered on an individual basis and screened like all other applicants as per graduate admission processes, criteria, and deadlines. Transfer credits may be granted for courses relevant to the program and have comparable learning outcomes to courses offered at MBRU.
