Content
The program focuses on the theme "Infinite Exhibition" and takes place every Monday from 10:00-12:00. The first session is on April 29, 2019, at 10:00 c.t. in Frauenlobstr. 7a 357. The course delves into the creative possibilities that digital technologies, algorithms, and programming languages offer to achieve new forms of expression and to explore the medium, discovering new facets within it. Throughout the semester, new artistic concepts are implemented and experimented with on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of the Java programming language is required for the course.
- Implementation: All projects during the course are implemented using Processing.
Objective
The objective of the program is for students to curate an exhibition of their own generative and algorithmically functioning works.
