Practical Course Media Design

The Practical Course Media Design is a university program that provides students with the opportunity to work on multimedia projects independently. The program is designed for students of Media Informatics (Diplom, Bachelor) or Informatics (Diplom) with prior knowledge of Media Informatics.

Program Contents

The program involves the completion of multimedia projects, including fictional short films, image videos for university projects, websites, or DVDs. Students receive an introduction to the theory and practice of media production, including film dramaturgy, camera work, visual effects, and more. They also receive content-related, technical, and organizational support.

Target Group

The program is designed for students of Media Informatics (Diplom, Bachelor) or Informatics (Diplom) with prior knowledge of Media Informatics, such as Digital Media or Media Technology, in their main course of study.
