Program Overview: Open Games Workshop (OpenLab) - Vorlesungsverzeichnis Forum ## Open Games Workshop (OpenLab) - Vorlesungsverzeichnis Forum is a university program offered by the Department for Informatics. Contents

The workshop operates like a "Bar-Camp" with multiple parallel sessions for students and partners from industry, economy, and research. The focus areas include:

  • 3D real-time visualization with open-source software Participants are required to bring their own notebooks with Blender and Unity3D installed.

Students

The lecture course is suitable for:


  • Students of Media Informatics (Master)
  • Students of Computer Science (Master) The event is intended for Master's students and is only creditable in the Master's program. Bachelor's students can attend and collect ECTS credits for their future Master's studies, but they cannot use these credits for their current Bachelor's program. The number of participants is limited to 24 students, with a waiting list for additional applicants. Bachelor's students can only participate if a spot is not already taken by a Master's student.

Registration

Registration is via Uniworx. The registration period is from Thursday, 00:00 to Friday, 23:59. The registration deadline is Friday.


Program Requirements

Participants must bring their own notebooks with the required software (Blender and Unity3D) installed. The program is designed for Master's students, but Bachelor's students may participate under certain conditions. The number of participants is limited, and priority is given to Master's students.
