Designing Interactive Public Security User Interfaces for Promoting Secure Behavior


Curriculum

The course consists of two parts: a theoretical part introducing different topics of usable security and privacy, and a practical part focusing on user-centered design techniques for creating novel public security user interfaces. Participants will create concepts for novel interfaces, build prototypes, and evaluate these in user studies regarding security and usability.

The grade is based on a presentation and a term paper.


  • The presentation must last 10 to 20 minutes.
