Content

The seminar focuses on personal and social competence, which is essential for teamwork and leadership. The topics covered include:

• Personality: understanding oneself and others
• Communication: recognizing and adapting to different communication styles
• Social competence: conflict resolution, leadership, teamwork, decision-making, and role behavior
• Project management: introducing standard-pm (waterfall) and scrum methods

The seminar is experience-oriented, with most topics worked on in group or individual work and discussions.
