MBA em Gestăo Estratégica de Pessoas

The MBA in Strategic People Management is designed to equip professionals with multifunctional skills to handle the dynamics, complexity, and emerging opportunities in the current competitive scenario.

O curso

The course aims to enable participants to assume strategic positions and contribute to achieving organizational results by proposing policies, guidelines, and organizational practices aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

• The program is divided into modules that present concepts and practical tools for strategic people management.
• The course is offered in a semi-presential mode, with face-to-face meetings (in Campinas) and online meetings (via Google Meet) on Saturdays, lasting 21 months.
• Objectives:
  • Develop competencies that add value to the performance of strategic functions in areas related to people management.
  • Integrate concepts and practical aspects of people management aligned with business strategies.
  • Train internal consultants with a generalist profile in people management, capable of supporting strategic decisions on processes, teams, human behavior, information technology, people development, and leadership.
• Target audience: Directors, managers, supervisors, department heads, entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals who aim to achieve better results through more strategic people management.

• Prerequisite: Complete higher education
• Registration period: 03/11/2025 to 20/01/2026
• Documentation for registration: Diploma of graduation (front and back), identification document (RG), CPF, curriculum vitae, and motivation letter.
• Location of face-to-face classes: EDUCORP Escola de Educaçăo Corporativa da Unicamp
• Class schedule: Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00
• Payment conditions: 22 installments of R$690.00 or R$15,180.00 in cash
