Postgraduate in Sports Management
The Post-Graduation in Sports Management is a program offered by the university in partnership with the Brazilian Club Committee (CBC). The program aims to qualify professionals working in sports clubs and organizations across the country. The first cohort of the program has been completed, with students presenting their final projects on topics such as strategic planning, human resource management, decision-making processes, organizational culture, and performance evaluation.
The program combines online and in-person activities, integrating academic research, case studies, and professional experiences. The university and CBC have confirmed a second edition of the program for 2026.
The program's faculty includes professors such as Larissa Galatti and Leandro Mazzei, who highlighted the program's ability to connect academic knowledge with real-world problems in the sports industry. The program has created a network of professionals, academics, and institutions that will have a lasting impact on the sports management field.
The program's curriculum includes courses on sports management, marketing, and finance, as well as a final project that requires students to apply theoretical concepts to practical problems. The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry and the skills necessary to succeed as professionals in the field.
