Course Description

The course analyzes essential data for disaster risk reduction to improve participants' understanding of the social dimensions of socio-environmental disasters. It covers four main themes:

• Vulnerability social (factor analysis + linear regression + data visualization)
• Local capacity for climate adaptation (FEMA linear regression)
• Attitudes related to climate adaptation (risk perception, risk experience perception, adaptation intention)
