Clinical Rotations - Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship
The Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship includes clinical rotations in various settings, such as:
OHSU Rotations
- Toxicology Consult Service: Provides bedside care for patients with poisoning or toxicity at OHSU and Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
- IMPACT Consult Service: A nationally recognized interdisciplinary inpatient addiction consult service.
- Harm Reduction and Bridges to Care (HRBR): A low-barrier, on-demand addiction treatment clinic.
VA Rotations
- Substance Abuse Treatment Program (SATP) & Opioid Treatment Program (OTP): Provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and longitudinal care for patients.
- Residential Recovery Treatment Program (RRTP): A 35-bed residential treatment facility for homeless veterans and/or veterans with substance use disorders.
- Primary Care Clinics: Fellows rotate in primary care and subspecialty clinics under the supervision of an addiction psychiatrist.
- Center for Integrative Pain Care (CIPC): A multidisciplinary clinic consisting of medical specialists, pain psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Kaiser
- Recovery Pathways: A team-based level 1 outpatient care model for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Brookside Center for Residential Addiction Treatment: Provides withdrawal management and residential treatment services for patients with substance use disorders.
Fora Health Treatment & Recovery
- Fellows join Fora Health staff in medically managed detoxification and continuing care in Oregon's largest residential dual diagnosis SUDS treatment facility.
Unity Center for Behavioral Health
- Fellows rotate at the Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, participating in interdisciplinary teams and evaluating and co-managing treatment of adolescent patients with dual diagnosis.

- Longitudinal care for patients with substance use disorders
- Bedside consultations for patients with poisoning or toxicity
