Program Description
The program equips students with the competencies necessary to be qualified administrators in leadership positions in fire and emergency services organizations. In addition, it prepares graduates for advancement in the ranks for the fire service, EMS, and emergency management. Admission Requirements
- 2.5 academic GPA on all transferable college work attempted.
- A grade of "C" or better in a college-level English course that fulfilled a general education requirement at the institution where it was taken.
- A grade of "C" or better in a college-level Math course that fulfilled a general education requirement at the institution where it was taken.
- A bachelor's degree requires 120 credit hours. However, to be admitted to the BS in FESA requires students to have earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a related field (typically 60 credit hours).
