Introduction to the Kelley Direct Online MBA Program

The Kelley Direct Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is designed to offer the rigor expected from a world-renowned business school, with the flexibility needed to keep working while earning a degree.

Program Structure

• The program is two years long, with the flexibility to extend.
• It includes an average of two live, 75-minute evening class sessions per week.
• The curriculum is divided into 50% core curriculum and 50% electives.
• Students can choose from seven majors.
• The program offers in-person experiences and optional global and domestic immersion programs.

Immersions

Global and Domestic Immersions

Kelley Direct offers 10 to 14 global and domestic immersions per year, providing high-energy experiences that are hugely impactful for students and faculty. These immersions allow students to build relationships and have experiences between the Kelley On Campus and the Kelley On Location.

Faculty and Teaching

Full-time Faculty

The Kelley Direct Online MBA program is taught by full-time faculty members, with no adjuncts. These faculty members are the same top faculty who teach in Kelley's in-residence programs and travel with students to teach in person at immersions.

Application Deadline

The application deadline for fall 2026 is May 1, with a priority deadline and GMAT/GRE test optional.
