The 2025 to 2026 Office of Civil Rights Compliance Training is a mandatory program for all Indiana University academic appointees and staff.


Program Description

About This Training

The training, formerly known as Sexual Misconduct Policies, Processes, and Resources: Employee Training and Employee Title IX and Compliance Training, highlights updates related to pregnancy rights for students and employees, such as accommodations related to pregnancy. The training also covers sexual misconduct policies and reporting, discrimination and harassment policies and reporting, Programs Involving Children, the Clery Act, new IU policies, and resources.
