Instructor

The course instructor is Tony Stovall, Clinical Professor of Marketing at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. Professor Stovall's research interests include transformative consumer research, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.

Week 1

  • Asynchronous, online introduction to the course

Week 2

  • Hands-on practice and peer discussion; one day, in person (Indianapolis)

Week 3

  • Use case clinic: 2.5 hours of live, online, instructor-led training

Week 4

  • Create and submit an Action Learning Project tailored to the participant's organization

Action Learning Project

Each course offers the opportunity to complete an optional Action Learning Project, applying course concepts to a real organizational challenge. Participants who complete this project earn a digital badge, a verifiable credential that can be showcased on platforms like LinkedIn.


Professional Certificate
