Program Overview

The Employee Title IX and Compliance Training is a mandatory program for all Indiana University (IU) employees. The program consists of an online training module that must be completed annually, from July 1 to June 30.

Program Details

Training Module

The training module includes a series of videos about sexual misconduct, Title IX, and the duties of employees under the law. After viewing each video, employees are prompted to answer a few questions about the material.

Certification

Upon completion of the module, employees receive a digital certificate certifying that they have fulfilled the requirement.
