Master of Actuarial Science Program
The Master of Actuarial Science program at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business is a STEM-designated curriculum that covers advanced topics including InsurTech, actuarial analytics, and machine learning. Students complete real-world, hands-on "sprint" projects and emerge prepared to take the actuarial exams administered by the Society of Actuaries.

STEM Designation
The program is recognized by the United States Department of Homeland Security for its focus on equipping students with science, technology, engineering, and math skills. International students with an F-1 visa are eligible for up to 12 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) and can extend their OPT by 24 months upon graduation from a STEM program.
