Program Overview

The Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate program at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business is designed for students interested in careers in the commercial real estate industry. The program builds commercial real estate knowledge, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities, preparing graduates for careers in various aspects of commercial real estate.


Program Details

  • Duration: 12 months (3 semesters) in a full-time format.
  • Classes: Held two evenings a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. EST, allowing working professionals to advance their careers.
  • Location: Classes can be taken at the Buckhead Center (3348 Peachtree Rd. NE) or online.
  • Tuition:
    • Georgia residents: $38,438
    • Non-Georgia residents: $46,589
    • Out-of-country residents: $47,941
    • Nonrefundable seat deposit: $250
  • Note: Tuition is subject to change.

  • Mini-Mester 2 (Mar-May): RE 8050 CRE Development, RE 8400 CRE Investments

Summer

  • Mini-Mester Summer (Jun-Jul): RE 8025 CRE Entrepreneurship, RE 8090 CRE Case Analysis
