• Only those who have completed their tuition payment are eligible to apply for extracurricular activities.
• Activities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Each activity might be cancelled if fewer than 10 students sign up.
• Due to limited spots and pre-arranged agreements with partner agencies, cancellations for personal reasons or a change of mind after registration are not allowed.
• Registration is only considered complete once payment has been made within the application period.
