Overview
The Disaster Management Office at Nagoya University is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for its students, faculty, and staff. The office is responsible for implementing various disaster prevention and mitigation measures, including training programs and emergency response systems.
Rescue Training
Purpose
The purpose of the rescue training is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide emergency care and rescue services in the event of a disaster.
Content
The training program includes hands-on practice in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and emergency first aid techniques.
Collaboration
The training program is conducted in collaboration with the Japanese Red Cross Society.

The rescue training was held on July 15, 2024, from 13:30 to 16:00 at the Disaster Prevention Center, 2nd floor.
