Description
The program is structured into four modules:
- Contexto geopolítico actual: This module explores current geopolitical trends and their impact on the global economy and climate crisis.
- El régimen internacional ambiental: This module analyzes the key principles of international environmental law from the perspective of global governance.
- Los determinantes geopolíticos de la inversión: This module addresses the determinants and regulations of foreign investment, with a focus on environmental components.
- Medio ambiente e inversiones: nuevas perspectivas: This module integrates previous knowledge through current case studies that connect international law, political economy, and international relations.

Evaluations
Evaluations will be conducted through an online questionnaire with closed and open questions at the end of the program. A minimum attendance of 75% of the classes is required.

- 68 hours of direct lectures: 34 synchronous classes of 2 hours each
- 121 hours of asynchronous autonomous work, including preparatory readings, online activities, and a final test
