Program Overview

The Diplomado en Liderazgo para Equipos de Alto Desempe隳 is a continuous training program offered by the Direcci鏮 de Gesti鏮 y Desarrollo de Personas. This program aims to instruct participants in the management of people, effective change management, and the development of coaching skills applied to leadership, ultimately leading their teams to excellence.

Presentation

In this program, students will learn essential skills and tools to develop their teams, focusing on the management of people in a new context, effective change management, and the development of coaching skills applied to leadership.

Program Structure

• The program consists of 4 courses, each with 6 online units and 1 final streaming class.
• The courses are:
  • Curso I: Gesti鏮 del cambio en la era digital (March 25 to May 12)
  • Curso II: Claves en equipos de alto desempe隳 (May 20 to July 14)
  • Curso III: T嶰nicas de Coaching (July 15 to September 8)
  • Curso IV: Liderazgo de equipos (September 9 to November 3)

Requirements for Application

• Desired technical or higher education background
• Desired experience in leadership roles (headship or coordination)
• Basic handling of digital tools
• Application through a form and completion of a postulation letter
• Maximum application deadline: March 14, 2025
• This activity is carried out under the SENCE norm, so its registration is subject to the approval of the direct management, in virtue of the available resources and/or additional variables that are contemplated in each case

Requirements for Enrollment

• Exclusive for employees of the University of Chile
• Application through a form
• Request for authorization from their management (Postulation Letter)
• Commitment to complete the course on the scheduled dates and times
• Request for enrollment to the Training Coordinator
• People with taxable incomes below 25 UTM have 100% SENCE financing
• Scholarships for people in income brackets 2 and 3 will be granted according to the attached document

• Place: E-learning (E Class - UDD)
• Value: $504,000 per course / 4 courses / TOTAL: $2,016,000
• Direction: 100% E-learning
• Applications: From March 5 to 14, 2025
• Start Date: March 25, 2025
• End Date: November 3, 2025
• Days and Schedule: 100% E-learning

Considerations for Course Execution

• Participants will enter an open diploma, with colleagues from different organizations
• The open program starts on March 18, but to facilitate the registration of University of Chile participants, their application will be allowed until March 14, and they will start the first online course on March 25
• They will receive keys and passwords to access the E Class platform and online activities
• Each course has a synchronous online class and a final evaluation, whose dates and times will be confirmed in due course by E Class
• In total, the Diploma contemplates 4 group online classes throughout the year
• At the end of each online course, participants must sign a Sworn Statement before SENCE
• Participants who approve all courses will receive a Diploma, granted by E Class and certified by the Universidad del Desarrollo
