Program Overview

The Programa Tutoría Integral Par (TIP) is an institutional and transversal initiative of the University of Chile, coordinated by the Unidad de Aprendizaje del Departamento de Pregrado de la Vicerrectoría de Asuntos Académicos, in conjunction with the Unidad de Pedagogía Universitaria y Didáctica del Derecho.


Program Objectives

The TIP program has the following objectives:


  1. To offer academic support, particularly in the learning of critical course content for first-year students.
  2. To promote the development of learning strategies that enable students to successfully face the challenges associated with academic performance.
  3. To accompany students in their adaptation and integration processes to the University, providing guidance on services, benefits, and activities in which they can participate.
  4. To facilitate the connection of students with existing support networks, identifying potential difficulties that may affect their permanence at the University.
