The Diploma in Professional and Labor Development in University Teaching with a Gender Perspective aims to transform practices for inclusive education.

Schedule

The program takes place from April 6, 2026, to October 2, 2026, on Mondays and Fridays at 18:00 hours, and it will be held remotely via Zoom and a virtual platform.

This diploma is aimed at individuals working in higher education institutions, including teachers, support professionals, and postgraduate students.

Value

The program costs 1,150,000 Chilean pesos. A 5% discount is available for cash payments.

Academic Dedication

The program requires 7 transferable credits and 135 direct chronological hours.

Requirements

Applicants must have demonstrable experience in university teaching, either through work, professional activities, related studies, or prior learning, certified by educational institutions, employers, government agencies, or others. The recognition of these certificates is the responsibility of the academic coordination or the person in charge of the diploma.

The application period is from November 1, 2025, to March 15, 2026.

Program Details

The program is designed to promote the transversalization of the gender approach in disciplinary fields and at different levels of university education, enhancing the capacities of reflection, pedagogical redesign, and institutional analysis of its participants.
