Program Overview


Diploma of Professional and Work Development in Collaborative Management for the Development of Socio-Emotional Well-being of Educational Communities

Presentation

This diploma will allow participants to develop the necessary skills to implement collaborative management strategies that promote socio-emotional well-being in educational communities, strengthening coexistence, learning and the comprehensive development of all its members.

Graduation Profile

The graduates of the diploma will be professionals capable of leading educational processes aimed at socio-emotional well-being, coexistence and comprehensive development, from a critical, reflective and contextualized view of pedagogical practice. They will demonstrate skills to:


  • Analyze, design and implement strategies and collaborative actions that promote inclusive, respectful learning environments, based on the ethics of care and gender equity and equality.
  • Integrate theoretical, regulatory and ethical frameworks into their professional work, contextualizing their application according to territorial realities.
  • Critically analyze their own pedagogical practices, identifying tensions, challenges, gender gaps and opportunities for improvement linked to socio-emotional well-being and school coexistence.
  • Promote educational communities based on the ethics of care, empathy, participation, reflective dialogue, respect and promotion of gender/sexuality equality and diversity, strengthening healthy pedagogical and work links.
  • Collaboratively manage institutional processes of socio-emotional well-being, articulating actions with management teams, teachers and support networks, from a critical and co-responsible perspective.
  • Reflect on the impact of their pedagogical and institutional decisions, transforming their practices towards more inclusive, democratic models aimed at the comprehensive development of educational communities.

  • Have work, professional experience, related studies or previous learning demonstrable through certificates from educational institutions, employers, government institutions or others.
