Course Overview

The Curso de Economía y Gestión del Fútbol is a program designed to provide participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand and analyze the economic and management aspects of the football industry.

Objective of the Course

The objective of the course is to equip participants with the skills to identify economic and management problems in the football industry, propose evidence-based solutions, and optimize decision-making.

Target Audience

The course is directed towards:

• Dirigentes, entrenadores, and futbolistas interested in improving their knowledge for decision-making
• Profesionales in the field of economics and business who wish to expand their scope of action towards the football industry
• Dirigentes of non-professional teams who desire to improve the attractiveness and performance of their clubs

Course Content

The course is divided into five modules:

• Módulo 1: Desafíos del futbol chileno
• Módulo 2: El atractivo de los campeonatos
• Módulo 3: Las finanzas de los clubes profesionales
• Módulo 4: Determinantes del desempeńo deportivo
• Módulo 5: Predicción de resultados deportivos

Course Information

• Modalidad: Híbrida (FEN + virtual sincrónico)
• Horario: Martes y jueves de 18:30 a 21:30 horas
• Duración: 14 horas distribuidas en 7 clases
