This program provides executives with tools to apply the rulings of the TDLC and studies by the FNE, design compliance and governance strategies, and anticipate changes in regulations and emerging practices such as interlocking, excessive prices, or labor restrictions.

Module 1: Understanding the Fundamentals of DL 211 and the Role of TDLC and FNE
- Introduction to the Chilean system of free competition.
- Powers of the FNE and the TDLC.
- Basic concepts: relevant market, dominant position, effective competition.
Module 2: Analyzing Recent TDLC Rulings on Interlocking and Excessive Prices
- TDLC Sentences N░202/2025 and N░203/2025.
- Doctrinal criticisms and debate on direct vs. indirect interlocking.
- Analysis of the sentence against WOM for excessive prices.
Module 3: Studying the Consultative Procedure and Competitive Risks in Collaborative Agreements
- Liquid fuel case: analysis of the consultative procedure.
- Structural and behavioral measures.

Module 4: Understanding Market Studies as a Preventive Tool and Public Policy
