EUREKA! Program
In-Person Program
The EUREKA! program is a summer research experience on campus that lasts for 5 weeks. Participants are immersed in the Clemson experience, getting to know their fellow EUREKANs and exploring the university campus and surrounding community.
Make Clemson Connections
EUREKA! participants take part in various activities, including team-building events, cultural and sporting events, and scavenger hunts. They also have the opportunity to live in campus housing and get familiar with campus life.

- Application due date: May 3 (11:59 p.m.)
- Notification of admission to EUREKA!: Week of May 18
- Program fees due: June 1
- Move-in and opening program: June 22
- Move out: July 24

Explore Clemson and its Surrounding Communities
EUREKA! participants get to meet fellow incoming first-year Honors students, building connections that can last throughout their undergraduate experience. They also make key campus connections, including with faculty mentors and key campus contacts.
Get Started on Research
Working as part of a team or one-on-one, EUREKA! gives students the chance to engage early and start a path toward their next great discovery. Many participating students continue their projects throughout their undergraduate years.
Take Shared Adventures
EUREKA! adventures are planned by counselors, who are also program alumni. These activities help participants bond with their cohort while helping to ease their transition to campus life.
Program Fees and Policies
- Program Fee: $2,500 for residential or $1,000 for commuter
- Application Fee: $50
- Attendance Policy: Students are expected to attend required EUREKA! academic activities.
- Orientation: Participants must complete first-year orientation modules and meet with their Academic Advisor before the start of the program.
Meet the Counselors
The EUREKA! counselors are Honors students who provide care and support for program participants on a daily basis, while also serving as role models on and off campus. The counselors for the 2025 in-person program include:
- Alayna Khoja
- Sophia Camps
- Charlie Bogdanski
Each counselor has their own unique experience and background, and they are all excited to meet the 2026 cohort and help them navigate the EUREKA! program.
