Project Management College of Scheduling Body of Knowledge

The Project Management College of Scheduling (PMCOS) Body of Knowledge (BOK) is a self-paced course with a project-based approach, designed to introduce the concepts of planning, scheduling, and project controls to entry-level professionals. The PMCOS is a dynamic organization of professionals dedicated to advancing the practice and profession of project planning and scheduling and promoting accurate, ethical schedules worldwide. This BOK makes use of existing literature and avoids replicating what is already available in the public domain or behind paywalls.

Course Description

The course contains 7 Milestones with engaging activities, a quiz in Milestone 4, and a quiz in Milestone 7. Completing all activities and passing the Milestone 7 quiz with a score of 80% or greater earns a certificate of completion and a digital badge.
