ServSafe Program
The ServSafe program at Clemson University offers food safety training, with options including:
- Manager Training & Exam: a 1-day (7.5 hours) course costing $140 per person, covering topics such as basic food safety, microbiology, and contamination.
- ServSafe Exam Only: available for $80 per person, for those who have previously been ServSafe certified and are looking to renew their certificate.
- Employee Training: ServSafe Food Handler Course and Exam, a 4-hour course costing $45 per person, covering topics such as basic sanitation, personal hygiene, and receiving and storage.
