Introduction to the Work/Study Program

The Work/Study Program at York University provides eligible undergraduate students with the opportunity to develop professional skills and contribute to the University through paid, on-campus employment opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria apply to General Work/Study, LEAP, and RAY positions for both domestic and international students. Undergraduate students must complete the Work Study Application at the start of each academic session to be considered for on-campus employment. Application Process

For Work/Study and LEAP Positions

Undergraduate students who are currently York University employees can view and apply for jobs through the Employee Career Portal. Undergraduate students who are not currently employed by York University can create an account to view available Work/Study and LEAP positions.

For RAY Positions

RAY opportunities are available for viewing on the Career Centre website. Students can log in and follow the steps to view available RAY opportunities.
