Eligibility
To be considered for admission to the program, candidates should:
- Be fully employed at the time of application and expected to be employed throughout the program
- Have outstanding promise and leadership potential
- Have at least eight years of work experience with substantive management experience
- Possess the Canadian equivalent of a university Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Management experience could include executive, functional, and/or project management experience
- Successful entrepreneurs are also encouraged to apply
