Program Overview
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) program in Classics requires students to complete at least 90 credits that meet the Faculty's requirements, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 4.00.
Program Requirements
General Education
- A minimum of 21 general education credits are required.
Major Credits
- At least 30 major credits from offerings in the Classics program are required, in a combination of Ancient Greek (AP/GK) and Latin (AP/LA).
- At least 12 credits at the 3000 or 4000 level are required.
Upper-Level Credits
- At least 18 credits at the 3000 or 4000 level are required.
Credits Outside the Major
- At least 18 credits outside the major are required.
