The Online Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA) program is designed for working professionals in the healthcare industry. The EMHA program is a 44-credit hour online master's degree that can be completed in as few as two years. The program consists of 11 courses, including a 4-credit hour capstone course. Students will deepen their knowledge and skills in vital issues that shape healthcare practitioners and organizations, including healthcare informatics, quality and risk management, and policy.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the EMHA program, applicants must have:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in healthcare management
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- One year of leadership experience
- Three recommendation letters, including one from their current supervisor
- A goal statement indicating how the EMHA program will enhance their career goals
- A resume (no longer than two pages)
