Overview
The UCF Executive MBA is designed for mid-to senior-level executives who wish to gain new business perspectives and enhance their business skills. With the program's leadership-relevant curriculum, the EMBA prepares today's experienced professionals for the challenges they will face as they work and advance in their career. Students learn the latest effective problem-solving techniques and strategic decision-making skills so that they can lead a business to succeed and navigate times during uncertainty.

International Residency
The pinnacle of the EMBA is a week-long international residency. This dedicated travel week will expose you to global business and provide you with an opportunity to apply international business concepts learned in the classroom to a real-world setting.
- Required in conjunction with the program's International Business Analysis course and takes place during 4th term
- Includes roundtable discussions, formal presentation and company site visits with global business executives
- Cultural excursions and events and site explorations
- Previous EMBA international residency trips include Berlin & Barcelona, Beijing & Shanghai, Cape Town & Johannesburg, Istanbul & Madrid, Morocco & Madrid, Prague & Athens

Admission Requirements
- Earned bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA from an accredited U.S. institution recognized by UCF or its equivalent from a foreign institution
- Minimum of 8 years professional work experience
- No GMAT or GRE requirement
