Program Overview

This program focuses on the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovative practical ability as well as multi-level international joint programs. Through educational and industrial integration, it explores the cultivation of integrated circuit talents urgently needed by the industry with the ability of international cooperation and competitiveness.


Research Interests

Research interests include IC specialized materials and micro-nano electronic devices, IC design and EDA software, IC advanced manufacturing processes and equipment, and cutting-edge cross-fusion integrated systems.

Entry Requirements

  • Master Programs: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be under the age of 35.
  • Ph.D Programs: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be under the age of 40.
