The Finance MBA program is offered by the School of Economics and Finance, located in the university town campus. The program is designed for middle and senior management talents who are committed to finance, corporate finance, or related work, with no special requirements for the industry/major.
Educational System
The program is completed in three years.
Application Conditions
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- 3 years or more work experience after graduation from university (bachelor degree certificate before September 1, 2018)
- Those with master's or doctor's degree and 2 years or more working experience (master's or doctor's degree before September 1, 2019)
- Those who have graduated from higher vocational colleges recognized by the state, have 5 years or more working experience (obtained the higher vocational diploma before September 1, 2016), and have reached the same educational level as university graduates (excluding undergraduate graduates)
- Those who have outstanding work performance (relevant certificates and performance reports)
Teaching Method
The program uses on-the-job study, with weekend classes as the main teaching method.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fee is RMB 268,000, divided into three years (9, 9, 8.8).
Certificates and Degrees
Students who complete the required credits and pass the thesis defense will be awarded an MBA from South China University of Technology and a Master's degree from South China University of Technology.
Admission Process
The admission process includes:
- Registration for national Postgraduate Entrance Examination (October)
- On-site confirmation of national Postgraduate Entrance Examination (November)
- National Postgraduate Entrance Examination (December)
- Second interview (March/April of next year)
- Second Interview Results (Proposed admission results) Announced (March/April)
