Medical Biochemical Genetics Fellowship

The Medical Biochemical Genetics Fellowship is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship that offers specialized training in inpatient and outpatient biochemical genetics. The fellowship provides:

• Clinical faculty of the Department of Genetic Medicine
• Clinical laboratory experiences in the Maryland State Newborn Screening Laboratory and at the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Biochemical Genetics Laboratory
• Dedicated time for independent research
• Eligibility for examinations leading to certification by the ABMGG in Medical Biochemical Genetics
