Bilingual Education (Bridge Graduate Certificate) Overview

The Bridge Graduate Certificate in Bilingual Education is designed to prepare students for teaching positions in bilingual education. The program is designed for students who have a bachelor's degree in a field other than education and are seeking initial teacher certification.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Passing scores on the Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC)
• Completion of a criminal background check
