The main point of interior architecture is the essence of living, understood through people's activities, lifestyles and culture.
Competence objectives of the major
- Is familiar with the basics of spatial and furniture design from an artistic, research, production and user point of view
- Represents design-related functions and light, weather and materials as part of the space

- Scope: at least 18 credits
- The minor can be produced by Aalto ARTS or another Aalto University college, or it can be completed at another Finnish university
