Program Overview

The Certificat « RSE des entreprises de santé » is a certification program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and operational skills necessary to manage Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE) in healthcare companies. The program focuses on the economic, legal, and strategic dimensions of RSE, enabling participants to make a positive impact on the environment, society, and their organizations.

Objectives

The program aims to:

• Enrich participants' knowledge of RSE in the healthcare sector
• Provide participants with the operational skills necessary to manage RSE in their organizations
• Offer a platform for sharing best practices and experiences
• Enable participants to make RSE a driver of innovation, collective emulation, and contribution to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Program Structure

The program consists of three modules, each addressing a specific aspect of RSE in healthcare companies:

Module 1: Les manifestations de l'anthropocène et les fondements de la RSE

This module explores the manifestations of the Anthropocene era and the foundations of RSE, including the scientific basis of climate change, biodiversity, and environmental health.

Module 2: Les politiques, les règlementations & la finance durable, entre risques et opportunités pour les entreprises

This module delves into the policies, regulations, and sustainable finance options available to healthcare companies, including the European Union's Green Deal, taxonomy, and Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

Module 3: Les outils managériaux de la RSE pour une contribution concrète aux objectifs du développement durable

This module focuses on the managerial tools and strategies necessary for implementing RSE in healthcare companies, including diagnostic tools, innovation, and change management.

• Directors/Managers of RSE/Sustainable Development
• Directors/Managers of Public Affairs
• Directors/Managers of Legal Affairs
• Directors/Managers of Finance
• Directors/Managers of Human Resources
• Directors/Managers of Communication

Prerequisites

Participants must have a sponsor within their organization who will support their participation and attend the final presentation.

Organization and Pedagogy

The program is delivered in a face-to-face format, with a limited class size of 20 participants, over 8 days, plus 1 day for certification. The pedagogical approach combines theoretical and practical teachings, with 40% of the content delivered by academics and 60% by professionals.

Evaluation and Certification

Participants are evaluated based on:

• A practical project (60% of the final grade)
• A final presentation (40% of the final grade) The program leads to the award of the Certificat « RSE des entreprises de santé » from Mines Paris – PSL Executive Education.

Fees and Duration

The program fee is 5,500€ (excluding taxes), and the duration is 8 days, plus 1 day for certification, from March 10 to June 25, 2026.

Pedagogical Team

The program is led by Nathalie Gimenes, an expert in strategy, governance, and sustainable development, and features a range of guest speakers and professionals from the healthcare and sustainability sectors.
