The program is structured over two days:
Jour 1 (9h00 – 17h30) – Découvrir et comprendre les approches prospectives
- Objectifs: Decrypt the basics of prospective and explore its tools.
- L'ambition:
- Differences between prospective, prediction, and forecasting.
- History and typology of prospective approaches.
- Link between prospective and strategy.
- Les outils:
- Analysis of trends and weak signals.
- Construction of scenarios.
- Introduction to design fiction.
- Concrete case studies.
Jour 2 (9h00 – 17h30) – Appliquer les approches prospectives
- La mise en œuvre:
- Frame the prospective question.
- Build a prospective system and analyze its dynamics.
- Debate possible futures and project the organization into the future.
- Cas pratique:
- Collaborative exercises on the studied tools.
- Sharing of experiences and transfer of good practices.
Public Cible et Prérequis
- Public cible:
- Senior executives and leaders from the public and private sectors.
- No prerequisites are necessary, but an engagement to participate actively and a willingness to understand and shape the future are expected.
Organisation Pédagogique
The program is delivered over two consecutive days at the École des Mines de Paris. It can also be organized on demand as an in-company training.
