Program Overview
Master in Management and Organizations
The Master in Management and Organizations is a graduate program designed to equip future managers, consultants, and entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to create, transform, and renew projects and organizations. The program focuses on innovative management, digital organization, and social and environmental responsibility.
Objectives of the Program
- Abord the management as a profession and expertise
- Reinvent management to address contemporary transitions (digital, environmental, social, etc.)
- Promote creative management by revisiting organizational design parameters and their ecosystems
Organization of the Master
The program is offered in both initial training and apprenticeship formats. The initial training format includes a first year (M1) with a large number of shared courses, followed by an optional year of hiatus, and then one of eight specialized courses in the second year (M2). The apprenticeship format is available for some specializations and does not include a hiatus year.
1st Year
- Management and Organizations - Initial Training: After the first year, students can choose from eight specializations.
- Management and Organizations - Apprenticeship: After the first year, students can choose from four specializations.
