The Certificat Gestion financière et management des agences d'architectures is a professional development program designed for architects, associates, and professionals in the architecture and contract management industries. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage and grow their businesses effectively.

The program's primary objectives are to:

• Integrate the socio-juridical environment of architectural enterprises

• Architects and associates
• Cadres, directors, and employees in the architecture, contract management, design, and landscape industries
• Experienced professionals or those with initial experience in architecture, urban planning, construction, or related fields

Program Structure

The program consists of 15 days (105 hours) of instruction, divided into:

Session de rentrée - 1 day

• Introduction to management and leadership
• Visit to the Musée du Management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL

Pilotage financier - 5 days

• Accounting and financial statements
• Treasury management
• Control and performance management
• Financial risk management for architectural or contract management agencies

Management des équipes - 5 days

• Finding one's management style and motivating teams
• Quality of life at work and assertiveness
• Sharing managerial practices: co-development workshop
• The manager's fresco: a vector for sustainable performance

Environnement socio-juridique de l'architecte - 3 days

• Labor law in architecture
• Contract law and legal aspects of construction sites
• Insurance for architectural or contract management agencies
• Protection of directors

Certification and Professional Project Presentation - 1 day

The program uses three types of evaluation:

• QCM
• Professional project
• Oral presentation

Admission Procedure

The program is designed for professionals, including those in activity.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years and initial professional experience in architecture, urban planning, or construction
• The quality of professional experience will be considered for candidates without a bachelor's degree + 3 years
