Program Overview
Master in Fashion & Materials
The Master in Fashion & Materials is an interdisciplinary program that brings together academic and professional experts to train a new generation of students in design, management, and engineering. This program is a collaborative effort by three institutions of Université PSL: Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, École des Arts Décoratifs, and Mines Paris – PSL.
Program Objectives
The program contributes to the construction of a more responsible and fair fashion industry through higher education and research. It is an engaged space for interdisciplinary experimentation, combining academic and professional knowledge and expertise.

Organization of the Master's Degree
1st Year
- The first year is open to candidates with a background in "fashion design" or "textile design".
- After the first year, one specialization is possible.
- No gap year is required.
2nd Year
- The second year is open to candidates with a background in "design", "organization science", or "science and engineering".
- Specialization in Fashion & Materials is available.

Graduate Program
After undergraduate studies, applying to the research in management double degree's first year will allow students to benefit from research-oriented management training directly during their master's degree's first year (M1), which later leads to a choice of 7 organizational sciences' specialization tracks, among which the Fashion & Materials M2 track.
